Messages sent through the chatbot are processed anonymously by OpenAI to generate a response.
No personal data is used for commercial, marketing, or profiling purposes.
Subscription Policy and Payments:
The application offers monthly and annual paid subscriptions, which automatically renew unless canceled by the user.
Payment is processed via your Apple ID account in accordance with the App Store terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings before the automatic renewal date.
Services Provided and Usage Limitations:
Subscribed users benefit from unlimited requests, subject to reasonable usage.
In case of manifest abuse (such as automated massive queries or intentional service disruption), access may be temporarily suspended without refund.
Professional Use and Liability Disclaimer:
The Kleerpath EMDR application is intended exclusively for use by healthcare professionals trained in EMDR practices.
